Production Process

Raw Material

Prepare alumina ore or aluminum-containing compounds as starting materials to produce high-purity alumina powder.

Sintering

In order to form a dense ceramic structure, alumina spheres need to be sintered in a high-temperature furnace.

Forming

Mix alumina powder with appropriate additives and shape it by pressing, injection molding, etc.

Cool Down

In order to ensure the stability of the structure, the sintered alumina balls need to be cooled.

Dry

The formed sphere is dried to remove added moisture and make it more mechanically strong.

Surface Treatment

Alumina balls are subjected to surface treatments such as polishing or coating to meet the needs of the final application.
